Running Injury Update and More Focus

I have exciting news in two parts!

  1. I’m back to running – slowly and shorter runs at the moment – but back! My recovery is coming along after my disappointing DNF at the Adelaide Half Marathon.
  2. After nearly 1 year of blogging, I like it more and more all the time. I have decided to split my blog into two so that I can be a bit more focused on what I am writing about. I will continue to write about Skiing and South Australia on this site (travelashski.com). I will be hosting all of my future posts on running and goal setting on Running with Travelashski. If you have been following my running journey so far, I hope to see you there!
